Wedding Packages



Memories package. . .$750.00

Up to four (4) hours of coverage by photographer. Will include photos during preparations, ceremony and first two hours of reception if the reception immediately follows ceremony. 100: 4" X 5" proofs, 10: 5" X 7" photos (may select 10 individual shots), 5: 8" X 10" photos (may select 5 individual shots) & 1: 11" X 14" photo on Canvas Stretcher Frame.



Dreams package. . . $950.00

Up to six (6) hours of coverage by photographer. Will include photos during preparation, ceremony and first two hours of reception if the reception immediately follows ceremony. Includes 1 hour of location time to shoot engagement photos and up to 1/2 hour of travel time to the location. 20: 4" X 5" proofs from engagement photo shoot, 150: 4" X 5" proofs from wedding day, 15: 5" X 7" photos (may select 15 individual shots), 10: 8" X 10" photos (may select 10 individual shots) & 1: 11" X 14" photo on Canvas Stretcher Frame.



Ultimate package. . . $1,400.00

Up to eight (8) hours of coverage by photographer. Will include photos during preparation, ceremony and first two hours of reception if the reception immediately follows ceremony. Includes 1 hour of location time to shoot engagement photos and up to 1/2 hour of travel time to the location; as well as a 2 hour private session with Bride and those closest to her. 20: 4" X 5" proofs from engagement photo shoot, 20: 4" X 5" proofs from private photo shoot, 200: 4" X 5" proofs from wedding day, 20: 5" X 7" photos (may select 20 individual shots), 20: 8" X 10" photos (may select 20 individual shots) & 1: 11" X 14" photo on Canvas Stretcher Frame.



All packages assume the following:

1. )Wedding location will be within 75 road miles of Centreville, VA 20120. Additional charge $0.55 per mile to and from location will apply. Weddings more than 150 road miles from Centreville will require individual overnight accommodations for both photographer and assistant.

2.) Copyright for all images remains the property of Susan Carlson; any additional prints larger than 4" X 6" must be ordered via Mrs. Carlson. Usage of the low resolution files on personal websites is allowed provided photo credit is given and a link to www.vacreative.photoreflect.com included on the site.

3.) Deposit of 75% is required to book the date; Payment in full is due when photos are delivered.

4.) Each package will include a CD rom of photos that will print up to 4" X 6".
